Vision Statement
This is important because it gives all internal members of the practice a view of what they should be striving for to help shape the future of the practice. It should make employees feel proud and excited and feel as though they are part of something bigger than themselves.
Mission Statement
This clearly states the description of what the practice does as well as it’s goals and is great for gaining support from referrals, employees and patients. The mission statement also answers the question “why are we in this business.”
