Practice Brochure
A practice brochure can be a great tool for both referrals as well as patients. It goes into detail about services provided as well as the people that are providing them, operating hours, etc. It can be a very inexpensive toll with a wide distribution potential.
Newsletter
Good for keeping your treatment team involved and up to date with actual cases the practice is working on. This could be done monthly and helps create a stronger "community" around the practice itself, it referrals and possibly the patients.
Direct Mail
These would be pieces mailed directly to either perspective and/or existing patients or treatment team members. They can be used as a means of introducing the practice to patients or referrals in the form of an introduction letter or as a means of continuing communications with these two parties. The advantage is you can really customize what is mailed to target specific referrals or even specific patients that may be more inclined to certain treatment options.
